15 years ago I found myself being drawn to this industry to fill a gap that I noticed was missing. My parents, originally from Panama of Central America, had recently relocated from my first home, New York City. It was such an exciting moment in life due to the fact that up until this point, I was the only one from my family that had transitioned to Charlotte. In the midst of me thinking of all the good that would come with my parents being so close by, an abrupt hassle of them finding a home began to cloud the process. I watched my dad go through a maze from realtor to realtor, four in total, where he was left unsatisfied and felt he was receiving mediocre service and attention to detail. It was in that moment that I chose to bring my 20 plus years of customer service from the hair industry into a new career path. I vowed to never allow clients to feel inferior or receive sub par service and to always remember that clients ARE the industry. As the foundation of the industry, there should be an exceptional sense of compassion, commitment, understanding and trust EVERY client receives. There is no purchase that the everyday American will make bigger than home ownership and the process from start to end should be treated as such. That is why I am who I am, in an industry that I belong.
